Your brain follows what’s visible.

Design the environment
for the person who starts.

What happens automatically?

  • When work begins

  • What the first task is

  • When stopping is allowed

Defaults remove negotiation.

🔁 3. Proof

What reinforces “this is who I am”?

  • Small finishes

  • Kept promises

  • Visible streaks

Identity forms from evidence,
not intention.

The shift that changes everything

Stop asking:

“Why can’t I start?”

Start asking:

“What system is rewarding delay?”

Fix the system.
The behavior follows.

Change one default:

  • A clear start trigger

  • A tiny first task

  • A visible finish
